Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

 Merchandise returns may be accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery date.

 If for any reason the item is less than
satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Order Detail” within seven
(7) days of delivery date and a refund will be issued minus the original
and return shipping costs.

 To be eligible for a return, all return items must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags
still attached. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns
will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

 We do not accept exchanges. You will
need to return the item and purchase the item you prefer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned such as jewelry, swimwear, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), undergarments, and personal care goods (such as beauty products, hair
products, etc.).

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
